- How far is the center from the port?
- About 45 minutes by van from the cruise pier. We handle transportation both ways.
- What if my ship arrives late?
- Send us your booking number as soon as you know. If the delay is on the ship's side, we reschedule you to the next feasible slot at no extra cost.
- Can I book once I'm on the ship?
- No. We require at least 24 hours notice to guarantee the pickup and the return window. Book before you board.
