Will I be back before my ship departs?
Yes. Every itinerary is planned to return you to Ensenada two hours before all-aboard. This is a guarantee. Not a best-effort estimate.
How far is the center from the port?
About 45 minutes by van from the cruise pier. We handle transportation both ways.
What if my ship arrives late?
Send us your booking number as soon as you know. If the delay is on the ship's side, we reschedule you to the next feasible slot at no extra cost.
Can I book once I'm on the ship?
No. We require at least 24 hours notice to guarantee the pickup and the return window. Book before you board.
