Institutional Advance
A permanent program to strengthen the institution, make its impact visible, and build the social backing that sustains conservation.
«Conservation protects species. Institutional Advance protects the institution that makes them possible.»
Guarantee biodiversity conservation and animal welfare, inspiring people to care for nature.
Make our impact visible through transparency, evidence, and strategic communication. To build trust and social backing.
Build a solid network of allies, volunteers, schools, companies and institutions joining the cause.
Ensure institutional sustainability to expand our conservation, education and inclusion capacity.
Institutional Advance is not a department. It's a responsibility of the whole institution.
Turn knowledge into conscience. Educational programs and guided tours for schools and families.
Produce results for biodiversity protection. Rescue, rehab, responsible reproduction.
Make conservation accessible for every person. Ramps, signage, pricing and inclusive protocol.
Demonstrate with evidence the integral care and welfare of each specimen. Preventive medicine, enrichment.
Build alliances, participation and social backing that strengthen the mission. Universities, companies, government, media.
We document results, indicators, stories and evidence. We generate truthful, clear and attractive content. We show progress with data, transparency and rigor.
«What we do deserves to be known.»
We turn evidence into strategic messages and content. We strengthen presence in media, networks, events and alliances. We build sustained recognition.
«What we communicate consolidates our reputation.»
Society knows, understands and values our mission. Trusts the institution and decides to participate as ally, sponsor, benefactor or volunteer.
«What society backs turns into participation.»
«Reputation stops being perception when it becomes trust, backing and participation.»

Coming soonThe idea
One specimen at the PaiPai Conservation Center becomes your godchild. You get to know their story, species, and progress, and you directly help keep their care going.
The program is being built. When we open enrollment, the first to hear about it will be the first invited.
The vet and welfare team pairs you with a specimen based on your preference. Species, backstory, life stage.
Fresh photos, habitat news, medical progress. Written by the center team. Not a corporate newsletter.
One annual visit with privileged access to your godchild's habitat, alongside the team that cares for them daily.
Your contribution covers specialized food, veterinary care, habitat improvements and enrichment programs.
How it will work
A symbolic monthly or annual fee. Optional public recognition. No rigid memberships. The goal is a real bond, not a financial product. Final pricing and tiers will be announced at launch.
Wait list openFirst to sign up will get priority in choosing a godchild and a private invite to the launch.
Companies, foundations, institutions and people joining to drive high-impact projects in conservation, animal welfare, education and inclusion.
First level of institutional participation. Initial link to the program, recognition and impact evidence.
Deeper engagement, presence and participation in concrete projects with demonstrable results.
Strategic alliance for high-impact projects. Co-design, co-communication and participation in program direction.
«When a company becomes a PaiPai Benefactor, its participation stops being a donation and becomes a conservation project with results that can be demonstrated.»
